About the Role
You will own and evolve the technology behind the commercial team. You will design the GTM stack, shape the Attio CRM architecture, build integrations, assess vendors, and improve data reliability. You will identify automation and AI opportunities, troubleshoot system issues, establish governance and documentation, and work closely with Sales, CS, Data, and IT to deliver practical solutions.
Requirements
- Experience designing, building, and owning systems for a growing commercial team
- Sound judgment on system architecture, priorities, and build-versus-buy decisions
- Ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical colleagues
- Experience building integrations and working with APIs, webhooks, and code
- Understanding of CRM data models, routing, enrichment, and reliable data operations
- Ability to implement solutions while planning long-term stack development
- Ability to collaborate with Sales, CS, and Data stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the GTM stack
- Own the technical architecture of the Attio CRM
- Shape CRM data models, objects, workflows, and integrations
- Build and maintain integrations across Attio, Apollo, Cal.com, Tally, Polytomic, and business data systems
- Assess, improve, or replace tools and vendors
- Identify and implement automation and AI opportunities
- Troubleshoot system problems and establish governance and documentation
- Partner with IT on access and security
- Understand Sales and CS workflows and build systems that solve operational problems
