About the Role
You will provide L1/L2 support for finance systems across APAC, manage the regional support queue, and investigate incidents through to resolution. You will troubleshoot integrations, coordinate testing and rollouts, automate repetitive work, and maintain clear support documentation.
Requirements
- Experience with NetSuite and L1/L2 application support
- Ability to trace transactions across systems, read logs, understand file transfers and APIs, and diagnose integration failures
- Hands-on integration-platform experience, with Workato as a strong plus
- Ability to write SQL, SuiteQL, Python, or similar queries and scripts
- Exposure to Coupa
- Experience managing tickets, priorities, and escalations independently
- Strong communication and support-documentation skills
- Experience in a global English-speaking environment
Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for finance systems and manage the regional support queue
- Triage and prioritize tickets, manage incidents, track SLAs, and follow up on escalations
- Maintain the reliability of NetSuite, Kyriba, Coupa, OneStream, and Concur
- Identify and automate repetitive support work using process improvements and AI-assisted tooling
- Monitor and troubleshoot finance-system and banking integrations
- Diagnose, resolve, or clearly escalate failed interfaces
- Coordinate regional testing and rollout of global finance systems projects
- Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, knowledge-base articles, and handover materials
