About the Role
You will co-own the revenue technology stack and serve as a technical partner for revenue operations. You will own Salesforce architecture, lead cross-functional projects from design through deployment, improve lead-to-revenue processes, integrate go-to-market tools, maintain data integrity, and evaluate AI-driven automation and insight opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Salesforce administrator or Business Systems Analyst
- Salesforce expertise in data models, automation, reporting, and governance
- Ability to design scalable go-to-market processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Experience with iPaaS platforms and integrations outside Salesforce
- Experience leading cross-functional projects
- Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of AI applications for go-to-market operations
Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce architecture end to end
- Lead projects from discovery through delivery, including process design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Design lead-to-revenue processes, including lead routing, quote-to-cash, and data hygiene
- Integrate and optimize Outreach, Gong, and HubSpot with Salesforce
- Evaluate AI-driven automation and proactive insight opportunities
