About the Role
You will manage the operational workflow from customer briefs and commercial approval through delivery assignment. You will maintain accurate Salesforce and Mission Control data, develop reporting and playbooks, coordinate handoffs, and design, implement, test, monitor, and improve workflow automation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, revenue operations, sales operations, project coordination, or similar roles
- Experience with CRM and business operations systems
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Experience building automations and working with multiple AI tools
- Ability to investigate root causes and resolve issues
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with data reporting, dashboards, or business intelligence tools is an asset
Responsibilities
- Oversee customer-brief intake and routing for approval
- Coordinate handoffs from commercial approval to delivery assignment
- Track pre-delivery opportunities, actions, blockers, and missing information
- Maintain Salesforce and Mission Control data
- Establish data-entry, documentation, and operational standards
- Develop reporting on pipeline, approvals, delivery assignments, and operational metrics
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Develop process documentation, workflows, and operational playbooks
- Establish workflow ownership, SLAs, and operating standards
- Design, implement, test, monitor, and improve workflow automation
