About the Role
You will build and lead operating processes that connect client demand, staffing capacity, delivery execution, and engagement economics. You will run resource and pipeline reviews, coordinate staffing, improve reporting systems and dashboards, manage delivery risks, and lead adoption of common operating practices.
Requirements
- Substantial progressive experience in business operations, resource management, or professional-services delivery with senior leadership responsibility
- Ability to build and implement an integrated operating model across teams or business units
- Capacity forecasting, utilization, staffing-model, engagement-economics, and workforce-planning expertise
- Experience connecting CRM, resource or project-management systems, and financial reporting
- Salesforce and Hive experience preferred
- Experience partnering with business leadership, Sales, Finance, People, Legal, Creative, and technology teams
- Analytical, communication, executive-presentation, and people-development skills
- Experience in marketing, media, entertainment, sports, creators, or culture-driven advisory businesses preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and improve the engagement lifecycle from opportunity through closeout
- Lead pipeline, resource, delivery, operating, and capacity reviews
- Maintain forecasts for demand, headcount, utilization, skills, availability, and contractor requirements
- Translate opportunities into resource requirements and staffing plans
- Coordinate enterprise staffing and resolve resource conflicts
- Lead evidence reviews for workforce investment requests
- Validate delivery feasibility and staffing assumptions for proposals and statements of work
- Monitor engagement economics, utilization, resource costs, and scope variance
- Maintain portfolio visibility across engagements, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Establish workflow and deployment practices for shared capabilities
- Lead requirements and adoption for Salesforce, Hive, and Finance reporting workflows
- Build dashboards and present executive recommendations
- Develop and lead the approved operations team
- Coach and motivate team members
