- Establish key metrics and compensation models
- Evaluate business performance, drivers, and trends and guide action plans
- Build and optimize headcount and capacity models
- Build and optimize segmentation and coverage models
- Build and operationalize customer health signals, maturity models, and playbooks
- Build and operationalize dashboards for KPIs and insights
- Build and operationalize an end-to-end operating cadence for leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team
- Partner with RevOps, Go to Market, Finance, and other stakeholders
- Incorporate local nuances and input into global plans
