About the Role
You will turn company priorities into plans, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop analyses and recommendations, manage milestones and governance, build KPI reporting, improve processes and systems, and support planning, pricing, launches, and organizational change.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, program management, or a related field.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through measurable outcomes.
- Project and program management skills.
- Familiarity with business intelligence, data, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage ambiguity.
Responsibilities
