About the Role
You will maintain HubSpot as the go-to-market system of record. You will manage audience segmentation, data quality, forms, subscription types, email templates, lead-source tracking, attribution reporting, email deliverability, dashboards, and documentation.
Requirements
- Hands-on HubSpot experience with forms, email, workflows, segments, custom objects, and reporting
- Understanding of B2B marketing channels, CRM, and marketing technology stacks
- Process and detail orientation
- Communication and documentation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into recommendations
- Fluency with AI tools
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CRM audience segmentation
- Handle segment requests from marketing and commercial teams
- Own data quality, forms, subscription types, and email templates
- Build lead-source tracking, UTM standards, and attribution reporting
- Monitor email health and deliverability
- Build dashboards and Notion documentation
