PropellerHeads builds open-source trading infrastructure designed to remove intermediaries from decentralized finance. Its products include Turbine, a peer-to-peer trading platform for large and frequent trades; Fynd, a self-hosted Rust DEX router and aggregator; and Tycho, an open-source liquidity indexer, simulator, and execution stack for solvers, searchers, routers, and DEX teams. The organization focuses on Ethereum and other EVM ecosystems, serving traders, developers, market makers, solvers, DEXs, and other participants in on-chain finance.

About the Role
You will manage core operational functions including finance, treasury, investor administration, legal coordination, people operations, partner onboarding, and events. You will design and run automations, improve dashboards and processes, coordinate payments and payroll, oversee compliance activities, support hiring and onboarding, and plan in-person events and team onsites.
Requirements

- Have finance and administrative operations experience at a startup or related experience
- Write clearly and communicate proactively
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and run in-person conference events and team onsites
- Manage payments, invoicing, payroll, financial planning, and treasury activities
- Oversee and support the accountant
- Oversee KYB, process documentation, investor reporting, and financial reporting
- Manage contracts, onboarding, tool access, and hiring logistics
- Build and improve dashboards, processes, and tooling for finance, sales, CRM hygiene, and key metrics
- Design, build, and run operational automations
