About the Role
You will partner with EMEA sales leaders to shape regional GTM strategy, territory design, capacity planning, and target setting. You will run forecasts, pipeline reviews, and business reviews; analyze performance data; maintain CRM integrity; and improve regional processes, tools, and planning.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM strategy, management consulting, or corporate strategy
- Demonstrate strong analytics, modeling, and large-dataset skills
- Execute complex operational processes accurately
- Manage stakeholders and communicate with senior executives
- Use Salesforce, BI and visualization tools, and AI tools
- Exercise judgment and discretion in ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Shape regional GTM strategy, market prioritization, coverage models, and segment plays
- Design, carve, and rebalance territories
- Lead annual and quarterly capacity, headcount, and target planning
- Run weekly forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews
- Own forecast accuracy and pipeline health
- Analyze sales performance, productivity, and pipeline dynamics
- Set and measure KPIs and translate analyses into recommendations
- Execute account transitions, CRM updates, and data management
- Partner with central RevOps to improve GTM processes and infrastructure
- Advise EMEA sales leadership and communicate territory changes
