About the Role
You will lead Vendor Managers and Performance Analysts while owning global BPO partner relationships, operational performance, and commercial health. You will develop reporting frameworks, optimize processes and costs, manage vendor agreements and budgets, and align outsourced operations with business goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of vendor management, BPO, or operational leadership experience
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Experience managing global vendor networks, governance, service level agreements, and budgets
- Looker, Tableau, or SQL experience
- Commercial contract negotiation and management experience
- Knowledge of Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 9/10 or Series 24 licenses preferred or willingness to obtain

- Lead, coach, and develop Vendor Managers and Performance Analysts
- Own relationships with global BPO partners
- Oversee operational performance, service delivery, and compliance
- Establish reporting frameworks and analytical models
- Drive process improvement and cost optimization
- Coordinate vendor agreements, budgets, and operational alignment
