About the Role
You will support daily share dealing and investment operations, including corporate actions, client interest, incentive controls, and process documentation. You will improve and test operational processes, prepare ISA reporting, support ISA and SIPP administration, resolve complex client queries, and coordinate with compliance, risk, finance, dealing, legal, and account management stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in an operational or customer-facing role within a UK fintech, broker, investment platform, or wealth manager
- Understanding of UK share dealing, retail investing, and online wealth management
- Organisational and administrative skills
- Experience operating and evidencing first line controls and supporting audit or regulatory reviews
- Analytical ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with data or reporting tools
- Written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Support daily share dealing and investment operations
- Process corporate actions
- Monitor client interest and operate incentive payment controls
- Analyze client incentive and performance data
- Maintain procedures and process documentation
- Identify and improve manual operational processes
- Support specification, building, and testing of system changes
- Prepare reporting and management information for the ISA committee
- Support ISA subscription monitoring and transfers
- Support SIPP administration
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess operational impacts
- Support client experience teams with operational queries
- Escalate and resolve complex client queries and complaints
- Build relationships with business stakeholders
