About the Role

You will build and operate processes that support commercial pricing, promotions, demand management, and profitability decisions. You will monitor commercial health, develop reporting and review cadences, translate commercial decisions into P&L impact, and turn operational and financial data into clear recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a quantitative, high-output role such as analytics, data science, strategy and operations, consulting, investment banking, or a comparable operating role
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel or Sheets
• Ability to independently pull, structure, and analyze large, disparate datasets
• Ability to write Python or similar tools for analysis
• Degree in a quantitative or technical discipline
• Strong hypothesis-driven problem-solving and analytical rigor
• Ability to communicate complex analysis through concise storytelling and work across functions in an ambiguous environment

Responsibilities

• Run strategic pricing and promotions operations
• Establish recurring processes to make, monitor, and evaluate pricing and promotion decisions
• Build metrics, reporting, and review cadences for commercial health monitoring
• Partner with Finance to connect commercial decisions to P&L impact
• Translate supply-demand dynamics into operational inputs for fleet and demand management
• Synthesize operational and financial data into decision-ready recommendations and narratives
