About the Role
You will support the maintenance and lifecycle management of critical power and facilities equipment. You will maintain asset and maintenance records, coordinate work orders and vendor visits, conduct field walkdowns, track inventory, and prepare maintenance reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or associate degree in a relevant technical or management field, or hands-on maintenance, logistics, technical-school, internship, coordinator, or technician experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 25 or more pounds and walk sites for extended periods
- Availability for occasional evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel between Memphis-area sites
Responsibilities
- Maintain asset records in the asset management or CMMS system
- Verify, tag, photograph, and reconcile physical equipment during field walkdowns
- Onboard new equipment and collect turnover documentation
- Set up and maintain preventive-maintenance schedules
- Create and track preventive and corrective maintenance work orders
- Track maintenance completion and backlog
- Maintain asset maintenance histories and documentation
- Track spare-parts inventory and support replacement-part procurement
- Coordinate vendor and service-contractor visits
- Audit asset and maintenance data for quality
- Prepare reports and dashboards on maintenance metrics
- Support asset lifecycle planning and data migration
- Follow safety protocols, manufacturer guidelines, and local regulations
