About the Role

You will support BOM planning and hardware procurement for GPU and CPU servers. You will coordinate suppliers, lead RFQ cycles, manage purchase orders in Coupa, onboard vendors, maintain asset records, resolve deployment procurement issues, report supplier performance, and improve procurement workflows.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or hardware deployment operations
Knowledge of GPU and CPU server hardware and ability to read BOMs, specifications, and vendor quotes
Experience with Coupa or comparable procurement platforms, including PO management, supplier onboarding, and invoice reconciliation
Experience with NetBox, ServiceNow, or similar DCIM and asset-management tools
Experience managing OEM, ODM, distributor, or VAR relationships
Ability to work across time zones with a globally distributed team
Ability to pass a background check
Authorization to work in Ireland or eligibility for Crusoe-sponsored relocation and work authorization

Responsibilities

Support BOM planning, hardware requisitions, and procurement for GPU and CPU server deployments
Coordinate with compute suppliers on quotes, lead times, and shipments
Lead RFQ cycles, analyze quotes, compare suppliers, and prepare recommendations
Manage purchase-order creation, change orders, invoice reconciliation, and payment follow-up in Coupa
Coordinate supplier onboarding, NDAs, and compliance documentation
Maintain hardware tracking and data integrity in NetBox and DCIM systems
Coordinate with deployment, cloud operations, finance, legal, and logistics teams
Provide urgent procurement support for critical deployments
Prepare procurement reports, PO trackers, and supplier performance updates
Improve procurement workflows and automation
