About the Role
You will drive client acquisition and relationship management for the foreign-exchange and remittance business. You will develop sales strategies, provide foreign-exchange market insights and advisory, negotiate transaction terms, monitor market and competitor activity, and work with Trading and Operations to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in foreign exchange, treasury, payments, or corporate sales.
- Strong understanding of foreign-exchange products, remittances, and local and global payment flows.
- Client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow retail and enterprise foreign-exchange clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships while providing market insights and foreign-exchange advisory.
- Work with Trading and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, spreads, and transaction terms within company guidelines.
- Monitor market trends, client activity, and competitor offerings to inform business strategy.
- Deliver sales targets for volume, revenue, and client onboarding.
