About the Role
You will build and own the financial foundation for a scaling business. You will oversee month-end close and accounting reporting, create integrated planning models and budgets, support strategic analysis, and design AI-powered automations for finance workflows.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of finance experience
- Experience with accounting, controlling, FP&A, and financial planning
- Experience building processes in a scaling environment
- Financial modeling
- SQL or willingness to learn SQL
- Data and BI tools such as Metabase or Snowflake
- Financial reporting architecture
- AI interest
Responsibilities
- Drive the month-end close process with external accounting firms
- Own the accounting-to-reporting bridge and analytical mapping
- Identify accounting risks involving revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and capitalized development costs
- Design integrated financial models for P&L, cash flow, headcount, unit economics, and metrics
- Build the annual budget process and support quarterly forecasting and business reviews
- Perform scenario modeling, unit economics analysis, and fundraising dataroom support
- Identify and automate repetitive finance workflows with AI
- Build, test, and deploy finance agents on the Dust platform
- Provide product feedback from finance use cases
