About the Role

You will lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and finance-process improvements. You will coordinate financial close practices, automate reporting and insight generation with AI tools, partner across functions, and prepare executive, board, and investor materials.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Big 4 Audit, Transaction Services, Investing, Management Consulting, or a related field
• Experience in technical accounting, financial modeling, valuation, or deal diligence
• Financial analysis and Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Ability to research, summarize, and present complex financial data
• Experience with financial-planning and analysis operating environments is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field

• Implement scalable financial close and accounting practices
• Document accounting workflows and best practices
• Translate financial data into decision-making insights
• Automate financial processes and systems with AI tooling
• Prepare board, investor, and executive reporting
• Partner with finance leaders on strategic initiatives
