About the Role
You will prepare financial reports, forecasts, models, P&Ls, dashboards, and expense analyses. You will investigate variances, project revenue, support budgeting and reforecasting, answer management questions, and improve financial systems and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial modeling
- Financial management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports, statements, and projections
- Experience with NetSuite and OneStream preferred
- Creator-space experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive reporting for leadership
- Establish cross-functional partnerships
- Create regular departmental performance and budget reports
- Manage monthly reporting and variance analysis
- Ensure the accuracy of financial forecasting models
- Prepare monthly P&Ls, dashboards, and departmental expense reports
- Research financial variances
- Project revenue from booking report data
- Create financial models
- Assist with annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts
- Support strategic projects and process improvements
