You will lead budgeting, forecasting, performance reviews, headcount planning, commercial-finance integration, financial controls, and process improvements across the Operations portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Provide financial advice and commercial challenge to Operations leadership
- Support strategic decisions through financial analysis and scenario modelling
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for the Operations portfolio
- Lead monthly financial performance reviews and variance analysis
- Establish financial KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Partner with corporate-function leaders on budgets, forecasts, headcount, and resource allocation
- Support global headcount planning and personnel-cost analysis
- Align commercial pipeline, deployment schedules, and infrastructure-capacity planning
- Oversee order-to-contract, billing, and revenue-recognition processes
- Support financial planning for business-development initiatives and partnerships
- Provide finance business partnering to EMEA and APAC Operations leadership
- Improve financial controls, reporting tools, and automation
