About the Role
You will deliver consolidated financial reporting and analysis, support forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and expense forecasting. You will partner with business, finance, people, and data stakeholders, support month-end close and board materials, validate metrics and dashboards, and improve reporting processes through automation and data analysis.

- 4+ years of financial-role experience

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with cross-functional business partners and stakeholders
- Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end consolidated reporting
- Analyze business-line and country financial performance
- Support forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning
- Develop consolidated financial models, scenarios, and resource-allocation analyses
- Develop expense forecasts with business units and finance teams
- Track payroll expenses and related metrics with the People team
- Support month-end close and board-material preparation
- Improve processes, reports, and models through data and automation
- Validate metrics, models, dashboards, and data reliability
- Support ad hoc projects
