About the Role
You will support financial planning and analysis by evaluating business performance, costs, margins, pricing proposals, and business cases. You will prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, performance reports, financial models, management reporting packages, KPI tracking, and dashboards. You will also improve data quality, reporting efficiency, process automation, financial controls, and spend governance.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business analytics preferred
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a relevant field
- CA, CPA, or CFA certification or progress toward certification is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Analytical skills

Responsibilities
- Support business units in understanding financial performance and key drivers
- Conduct cost and margin analysis and prepare operational insights
- Evaluate initiatives, pricing proposals, and business cases
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Consolidate financial data and prepare periodic performance reports
- Build and maintain financial models
- Support management reporting, KPI tracking, and dashboard preparation
- Improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and process automation
- Support financial control frameworks and spend governance
