About the Role
You will own and improve finance operations processes, including process design, documentation, controls, service levels, escalation paths, and reporting. You will analyze recurring operational issues, establish KPIs, create scalable procedures and governance routines, and partner with stakeholders to deliver automation, systems implementations, policy rollouts, and finance transformation.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting operations, business operations, process improvement, or a related field
- Hold a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, operations, or a related field
- Understand procure-to-pay, accounts payable, expense management, purchasing, vendor management, close support, or financial reporting
- Have analytical, project management, and change management skills
- Have advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Understand AI, automation, data quality, controls, security, and human oversight
Responsibilities
