About the Role

You will own and scale accounting infrastructure and the core ledger. You will manage financial closes, reconciliations, financial statements, finance operations, audits, controls, statutory reporting, and process automation across group entities.

Requirements

  • 6–12 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or finance operations
  • Experience managing month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statements across multiple entities
  • Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
  • Understanding of financial statements, consolidation, and intercompany accounting
  • Experience with external audits, statutory reporting, financial controls, and accounting policies
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and enterprise accounting or ERP systems

Responsibilities

  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes across group entities
  • Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, consolidation, and financial statements
  • Manage invoicing, collections, accounts payable, vendor bills, and payment processing
  • Coordinate group and entity-level audits and resolve audit findings
  • Develop financial controls, accounting policies, approval processes, and finance procedures
  • Support statutory accounts, regulatory reporting, and finance filings
  • Improve and automate accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and finance workflows
