About the Role

You will reconcile client and firm cash positions, investigate reconciliation discrepancies, and oversee bank payments across currencies and jurisdictions. You will produce liquidity and cash management reports, support audits and Treasury Management System implementation, improve reconciliation and payment processes, and maintain control frameworks and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Financial Services experience
• Experience with reconciliation, cash management, and Treasury Management System
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex discrepancies
• English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Reconcile client and firm cash positions in AutoRek
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks
• Coordinate with Treasury and Financial Control on client money regulations, liquidity buffers, and cash management policies
• Produce daily liquidity and cash management reports
• Manage internal and external stakeholder queries
• Drive reconciliation, payment processing, and cash management improvements and automation
• Support internal and external audits, including CASS audits
• Support Treasury Management System implementation
• Support onboarding of new products from the Finance Operations perspective
• Maintain procedures, process documentation, and control frameworks
