About the Role
You will prepare monthly board reporting and support annual budgets, forecasts, and scenario analysis. You will develop country-level P&Ls, maintain financial discipline and internal controls, support accounting close and reconciliations, work with local accounting and international BPOs, and assist with COSIF, ERP, CADOC, and Central Bank reporting.
Requirements
- Financial-area experience
- Technical diagnostic ability and clear, agile communication
- Organization, clear writing, and technical documentation skills
- Interest in automation and AI
- Intermediate or advanced English
Responsibilities
- Build monthly board reporting
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Develop country-level P&Ls for Brazil, Argentina, and the United States
- Maintain financial-discipline routines and internal controls
- Support accounting closes, reconciliations, and clearing accounts
- Coordinate with local accounting and international BPOs
- Support COSIF, ERP, CADOC, and Central Bank regulatory reporting
