About the Role
You will create and lead the corporate FP&A operating system, including long-range and annual planning, forecasting, revenue projections, G&A budgeting, reporting, and guidance support. You will build models, KPI dashboards, and repeatable processes; advise executives and the Board; and improve finance systems, automation, and data quality.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles
- Corporate FP&A leadership experience
- Financial modeling skills
- G&A and executive-facing business partnership experience
- Experience building or improving finance teams and systems
- Executive communication and root-cause analysis skills
Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide corporate FP&A
- Own long-range planning, annual planning, budgeting, and monthly forecasting
- Own revenue forecasting and partner with Sales and Product
- Manage G&A budgeting, headcount planning, and spend management
- Prepare reporting for executives, the Board, investors, and public-market processes
- Develop KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and analytical frameworks
- Build financial models and scenario planning tools
- Improve financial systems, automation, workflows, and data quality
- Partner with G&A leadership on strategic investment decisions
