About the Role

You will own the US public-sector field marketing strategy, calendar, execution, and measurement. You will run events, build partner programs, align with sales and BDRs on pipeline generation, develop scalable activation playbooks, and establish dashboards and ROI reporting. You will work from the San Francisco or Washington, D.C. office at least two days each week.

Requirements

• Public-sector segment marketing experience
• End-to-end field marketing event and program ownership
• Experience building field marketing programs from scratch
• Experience scaling field or demand-generation programs
• Sales and BDR alignment experience
• Vendor management, registration, follow-up workflow, and ROI dashboard experience
• Technical event-content and speaker-briefing capability
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and activate the US public-sector field marketing strategy
• Design and run public-sector events
• Plan field programs around government fiscal and budget cycles
• Own sponsorships, speaker placement, and on-site event execution
• Build co-marketing programs with distributors, resellers, systems integrators, and contract-vehicle holders
• Partner with sales and BDRs on event targeting and follow-up
• Build scalable operational activation playbooks
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and ROI reporting
• Represent the organization in the public-sector ecosystem
