About the Role
You build repeatable field marketing programs for priority industries across North America. You develop territory and account strategies, manage budgets, execute executive events and conferences, create industry-specific messaging, measure pipeline performance and coordinate follow-up with sales and growth stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B field industry or regional marketing
- Track record of influencing pipeline and closed revenue
- Experience marketing to at least two specified enterprise industries
- Experience reaching enterprise buying committees on six- and seven-figure deals
- Fluency in Salesforce
- Marketing attribution experience
- Experience with pipeline reviews
- Ability to run executive dinners and speak at events
- Experience partnering with C-level stakeholders
- Budget and calendar discipline
- Willingness to travel roughly one third of the time across North America
- Transparent communication

Responsibilities
- Build repeatable field marketing programs
- Develop territory and account strategies
- Partner with account executives on named account programs
- Design executive dinners conferences roadshows and roundtables
- Create industry-specific messaging and follow-up sequences
- Manage event budgets and timelines
- Measure pipeline and program performance in Salesforce and Dream Data
- Analyze results and recommend programs to scale or retire
- Coordinate participant follow-up
- Work with paid media and demand generation
- Own end-to-end event execution
