About the Role
You will manage customer reference requests, permissions, and logo rights. You will coordinate customer stories, interviews, reviews, video and design deliverables, event speakers, review campaigns, awards, and advocacy activations. You will maintain systems of record and create workflows, templates, playbooks, governance, and automation for advocacy programs.
Requirements
- 4+ years in customer marketing, customer reference programs, product marketing, PR/comms, or customer success in B2B SaaS
- Project coordination, organization, and attention to detail
- Interviewing and writing skills
- Executive presence
- Stakeholder communication skills
- Google Workspace, Salesforce, project tools, spreadsheets, and data hygiene
Responsibilities
- Support customer reference request intake, qualification, and fulfillment
- Maintain referenceability, approvals, and logo rights
- Coordinate customer stories across written, video, event, and social formats
- Coordinate interviews, briefs, reviews, approvals, and publication handoffs
- Coordinate creative vendors, video shoots, and design deliverables
- Recruit and prepare customer speakers for events and programs
- Plan and execute peer-review campaigns
- Develop customer awards and recognition programs
- Maintain advocacy systems of record and create program workflows and playbooks
