About the Role

You will produce documentary case studies, coordinate external production teams, and travel for filming when needed. You will build consent, accessibility needs, and editorial input into projects with subjects from vulnerable communities. You will plan conferences and activations, coordinate PR and launches, create social and blog copy, and manage multiple productions and events at once.

Requirements

• Manage cross-functional production logistics
• Work practically with vulnerable communities, especially people living with a disability
• Manage multiple production timelines
• Have a creative or production background in agency, marketing, brand, documentary, or branded content
• Write strong copy and apply visual judgment
• Have 2-5 years of experience in production, events, or brand marketing
• Travel for shoots and events

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentary case-study production and work onsite for filming when needed
• Build consent, access needs, and editorial input into every production stage
• Plan and execute conferences and activations with the Events team
• Coordinate PR, press windows, and partner announcements
• Keep video and static collateral on brand
• Draft social and blog copy for launches
• Manage concurrent launches, shoots, and events
