About the Role

You will partner with sales to win and grow enterprise retail accounts. You will scope use cases, demonstrate the platform, lead technical and architecture reviews, coordinate stakeholders, mentor newer sales engineers, and support accounts through launch and expansion.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales experience
• Experience leading sales processes with large enterprise customers and $500K–$1M deals
• Experience building and presenting demos in a go-to-market function
• Experience building relationships with executives and technical leaders
• Ability to explain solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience using AI tools for discovery, solution design, demos, prototypes, and technical proposals
• Experience growing accounts after the initial sale
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
