About the Role

You will own technical pre-sales activities, from scoping customer use cases and communicating business value to designing demonstrations and leading technical and architecture reviews. You will work with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering, and anticipate customer needs throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales experience
• Experience building and presenting demonstrations and working with customers or clients in go-to-market functions
• Experience building relationships with prospective customers, including executives and technical leaders
• Experience leading enterprise sales processes
• Ability to explain business problems and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to use AI tools for discovery preparation, solution design, demonstrations, prototypes, and technical proposals
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
