About the Role
You will manage senior account managers and grow revenue across enterprise customers. You will build customer partnerships, develop upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies, recruit and coach account managers, analyze customer trends, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years managing a revenue-driving team
- Experience driving revenue results at a technology company
- Experience in financial services or with banking and wealth management clients preferred
- Consultative sales approach with a product-centric mindset
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions and financial value propositions
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to learn and understand APIs
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and coaching
- Ability to build strategic stakeholder relationships
- Outstanding communication skills
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with C-level executives to build and maintain customer relationships
- Build and execute strategies for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
- Operationalize account management processes to improve team efficiency
- Recruit, hire, and develop an account management team
- Deliver revenue targets
- Motivate and coach team members
- Set direction for the Enterprise team with company leadership
