About the Role
You will own relationships with top-tier institutional customers and drive net-new logo acquisition. You will lead complex end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, coordinate pre-sales and cross-functional teams, negotiate contracts, and represent the company at industry events. You will use deep knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem to articulate business value and ensure accurate forecasting and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years quota-carrying experience as an Account Executive or equivalent
- Experience in B2B SaaS or infrastructure sales, specifically to TradFi customers
- Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
- Deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrencies
- Ability to engage with customers to discern product and partner-related needs
- Ability to act independently and proactively source, progress, and close new business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and responsiveness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High energy and team-player mentality
- Willingness to travel regularly and attend in-person client meetings
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory plan to drive net-new logo acquisition within Tier 1 institutions
- Own and lead full complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and close
- Build and manage relationships with C-level and VP-level executives to drive strategic growth
- Leverage and maintain a structured CRM to ensure accurate sales forecasting
- Lead pre-sales engagement and coordinate cross-functional teams including Solutions Architecture, Legal, and Customer Success
- Champion the customer perspective and contribute to customer satisfaction KPIs
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and executive roundtables
