About the Role

You will act as an evangelist for digital transformation, driving a strategic 'Hunter' motion to identify, navigate, and close net-new business within high-growth organizations of 4000+ employees across the EMEA region. You'll engage multiple stakeholders across IT, Product, and Operations to uncover business pain points and align them with Lucid's value proposition. You'll build top-down business cases from organic product adoption, converting fragmented usage into consolidated Enterprise agreements. You'll manage full-cycle sales processes including cross-border negotiations, localized procurement, legal, and security requirements such as GDPR and data residency. You'll develop and execute territory plans that account for regional market nuances and language requirements, while partnering closely with EMEA-based Solutions Engineers and Business Development Teams. You'll maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and provide accurate forecasts to EMEA leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS (Enterprise experience preferred)
  • Proven 'New Logo' track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in a pure acquisition role
  • EMEA market literacy with experience selling across multiple European borders
  • Regulatory fluency to lead high-level discussions on GDPR, security, and cloud governance with C-level stakeholders
  • Exceptional verbal and written English skills and fluency
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
  • Hybrid presence combining remote work with in-person collaboration at the Amsterdam office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday)
  • Fluent German speaker
  • Fluency in a second major European language such as German, French, or Dutch is a significant advantage
  • Experience with MEDDIC, Challenger, or other sales frameworks
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, and Gong or equivalent tools
  • BA/BS degree or international equivalent Master's degree
  • Experience working for a multi-national company bridging global strategy and local execution

Responsibilities

  • Navigate complex European buying committees, engaging stakeholders across IT, Product, and Operations to uncover business pain
  • Build top-down business cases by capitalizing on organic product adoption, converting fragmented usage into consolidated Enterprise agreements
  • Manage full-cycle sales processes including localized procurement, legal, and security requirements such as GDPR and data residency
  • Develop and execute a territory plan accounting for regional market nuances, language requirements, and local competition
  • Partner with EMEA-based Solutions Engineers and Business Development Teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term value realization
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and provide accurate, data-driven forecasts to EMEA leadership
