About the Role

You'll own and grow an existing book of SME business, deepening relationships and driving retention rather than chasing new logos. You'll build and nurture long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders at your accounts, ensuring they get the most value out of Vivid's products and features. You'll track your pipeline in the company CRM, forecast performance, and report on progress. You'll present, negotiate, and structure complex pricing models tailored to your accounts. You'll follow established account management processes and share feedback with your manager to help refine them. You'll act as the voice of the customer internally, working cross-functionally to improve the user experience, and you'll consistently work to meet and exceed your targets.

Requirements

  • A degree in business administration finance or a related field, or relevant professional experience
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in Sales and/or Account Management, ideally in FinTech or financial services
  • Excellent written and verbal English and German; other languages are a plus
  • Analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Aircall)
  • High level of organisation prioritisation and accountability
  • KYB AML and risk mitigation knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of specifications of designated market is a plus
  • Proficiency in AI tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow SME book of business focusing on up-sell cross-sell and renewals
  • Build and nurture long-term multi-stakeholder relationships
  • Maximise feature and product alignment to deliver best value to clients
  • Monitor forecast build and report on pipeline within company CRM
  • Present negotiate and structure complex pricing models for designated accounts
  • Follow account management processes and provide feedback to management
  • Act as voice of the customer and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance user experience
  • Consistently achieve and exceed company targets
