About the Role

You will engage Europe’s top trading firms, market makers, and exchanges to onboard real-time market data providers and institutional consumers for Pyth Pro. You will identify, pitch, and close partnerships, negotiate complex contracts, and manage high-touch relationships to ensure long-term retention. You will collaborate with product and engineering to translate market feedback into roadmap priorities, explain technical integration requirements such as APIs and latency, and represent the organization at industry events. You will monitor the competitive landscape and expand the institutional footprint across EMEA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development, institutional sales, or prime brokerage coverage
  • Background at Tier-1 banking institutions, prime brokers, or exchange partnerships
  • Proven track record of closing and managing partnerships with market makers, prime brokers, exchanges, and liquidity providers
  • Technical literacy with API integrations, data latency, infrastructure requirements, and oracle mechanics
  • Deep knowledge of European financial markets, regulation, and institutional buyer behavior
  • Fluent English
  • Availability to cover European hours and operate around Amsterdam or London hubs

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard market makers and trading firms to supply high-quality real-time market data
  • Pitch and close partnerships with exchanges, hedge funds, asset managers, and prime brokers to drive adoption of Pyth Pro
  • Lead sales and partnership efforts for Pyth Pro and communicate its technical and economic value to institutional buyers
  • Negotiate complex contracts with tier-1 banks, prime brokers, and exchanges
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to relay market feedback and prioritize institutional needs
  • Manage institutional relationships to ensure retention and expand wallet share
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
  • Monitor the competitive landscape of data providers, prime brokers, and oracle solutions
