About the Role

You drive revenue growth by selling AI powered trade surveillance and risk monitoring solutions to financial institutions in Europe. You build relationships with senior stakeholders in compliance risk and trading, stay up to date on regulatory requirements and market trends in both digital and traditional financial markets, articulate the value of the HALO platform, tailor pitches and materials for target clients, and collaborate with product specialists, solutions consultants, and customer success to ensure seamless client engagement and deployment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software SaaS sales.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry including trading workflows, regulatory regulations, and risk management practices.
  • Strong technical acumen in trading technology and the digital asset crypto ecosystem.
  • Exceptional skills in prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing large, complex deals.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue quotas by selling Solidus Labs products and services.
  • Drive new business development in Europe, positioning Solidus Labs as a leading provider of compliance solutions for financial institutions.
  • Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the HALO platform and tailor pitches proposals and decks for target clients.
  • Compete effectively against established legacy vendors.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with senior stakeholders in compliance risk and trading at major financial institutions.
  • Stay current on evolving regulatory requirements market trends and the competitive landscape in both digital and traditional financial markets.
  • Partner with internal teams including product specialists, solutions consultants, and customer success to ensure seamless client engagement and deployment.
