About the Role
You will own and manage the US sales cycle from prospecting to close, driving direct B2B customer acquisition and building a high volume US affiliate network. You will negotiate terms, hit revenue targets, and provide market feedback. You will work remotely across US time zones and coordinate with partnerships and product teams. You will maintain accurate CRM data and forecast revenue.
Requirements
- Proven closer who hunts cold prospects and closes deals
- 3+ Years of Tech Sales Experience in B2B business development account executive roles or affiliate management in FinTech SaaS or marketplace
- Pipeline builder who views conferences as targeted prospecting grounds to fill calendars with follow up meetings
- Data driven and analytical with understanding of CAC LTV conversion velocity and affiliate tracking mechanisms
- Autonomous operator able to work remotely across US time zones
Responsibilities
- Own the end to end US sales pipeline from cold outreach to signed contract
- Generate and qualify leads across the US market and close deals
- Conduct omnichannel prospecting using LinkedIn email social selling inbound follow ups and events
- Close deals and hit monthly revenue quotas
- Acquire and onboard high volume US based affiliates partners influencers and platform partners
- Manage and optimize the affiliate portfolio by analyzing traffic quality conversion rates and transaction volumes and adjust commissions and promos
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide revenue forecasts to leadership
- Identify and remove friction in onboarding KYC or product flows to accelerate close rates
