About the Role
You will develop and implement partner strategy with leading integrators in Europe and the US. You will build partnerships, create joint sales strategies and co-branded solutions, establish scalable collaboration processes, enable partner sales teams, manage partner revenue and KPIs, and coordinate with Product Management, Solutions Design, and Operations. You will travel regularly to partner sites.
Requirements
- Experience developing and implementing partner strategies
- Experience in logistics or automation
- Network with leading integrators and understanding of their business models
- Experience building and leading teams
- Technical understanding of complex products
- Go-to-market strategy expertise
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- German and English proficiency
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and support strategic integration partners
- Develop and implement partner sales strategies
- Build a team to support partners and implement partner sales training
- Implement scalable partner processes and standards
- Manage partner revenue and achieve defined KPIs
- Coordinate with Product Management, Solutions Design, and Operations
- Design customized co-branded products for integrators
- Visit partners regularly to develop partnerships and business opportunities
