About the Role

You will lead Rogo’s global content and data partnership strategy. You will build relationships with financial-data providers, negotiate complex agreements, establish AI-native licensing frameworks, and translate partnership requirements into product and commercial capabilities.

Requirements

  • Deep familiarity with the financial-data ecosystem, including Bloomberg, FactSet, S&P / Visible Alpha, and Morningstar
  • Proven contract negotiation experience
  • Commercial judgment and experience treating partnerships as a sales pipeline
  • Ability to evaluate dataset quality and strategic value
  • Experience in data partnerships, business development, or commercial roles within financial data and information services
  • Fluency in content economics, enterprise licenses, and redistribution rights
  • Experience tracking relationships and deal cycles
  • Ability to operate autonomously on high-stakes decisions with incomplete information
  • Familiarity with intellectual-property and data-rights issues created by generative AI and AI-enabled research workflows

Responsibilities

  • Develop the global content and data partnership strategy, including market mapping, partner prioritization, and a multi-year roadmap
  • Own relationships with commercial decision-makers at financial-data, research, and information-services platforms
  • Lead negotiations for partnership contracts with content providers
  • Establish frameworks for AI-native content use, including model rights, derived outputs, attribution, entitlements, auditability, and redistribution
  • Design and implement commercialization models for content consumption
  • Shape content-enabled product packaging, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance on intellectual-property rights, compliance, contractual risk, and deal economics
  • Translate partnership requirements into platform capabilities with Product and Engineering
  • Represent Rogo’s perspective on AI-era content economics to senior industry stakeholders
