About the Role
You will lead, hire, coach, and develop Enterprise Account Executives. You will build a scalable enterprise sales process, drive new business and expansion revenue, maintain forecasts, support complex deals, and collaborate on go-to-market and partner-selling efforts.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of enterprise sales leadership experience
- Experience managing sales teams with minimum $1.25 million ARR quotas
- Experience selling technical solutions to large, complex enterprises
- Experience leading teams at high-growth software companies
- Experience hiring and building enterprise account executive teams
- Experience with land-and-expand sales strategies
- Experience with outbound selling and qualified pipeline generation
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, develop, and empower Enterprise Account Executives
- Establish clear performance expectations and scalable sales processes
- Scale the enterprise sales process and exceed ARR targets
- Lead the sales hiring process and build the account executive team
- Promote value-based selling and MEDDPICC methodologies
- Collaborate on enterprise go-to-market strategy
- Ensure execution of complex multi-stakeholder deals
- Drive enterprise pipeline generation and SDR collaboration
- Provide accurate regional enterprise forecasts
- Support co-selling efforts with partners
