About the Role
You will launch and scale South Korean operations, set country strategy, manage the local P&L, and drive revenue. You will build cross-functional teams, lead enterprise and government partnerships, manage sales cycles, improve customer onboarding and implementation, represent the business externally, and provide localization feedback to product and engineering functions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in South Korea
- Experience launching and scaling operations in new markets while selling disruptive software
- Knowledge of South Korea's enterprise and government sectors
- Enterprise sales, partnerships, and go-to-market experience
- Fluency in Korean and English
- Experience building cross-functional teams
- Experience in AI, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS
- Experience with engineering or product-led companies
Responsibilities
- Launch and scale South Korean operations
- Own country-level P&L, hiring, sales execution, and operational performance
- Build and lead local sales, customer success, engineering, support, and operations functions
- Lead partnerships with South Korean enterprises and government agencies
- Drive sales cycles and close enterprise deals directly and through partners
- Align product-market fit with global leadership
- Represent the business in South Korea's business and technology ecosystem
- Build processes for customer onboarding, implementation, and success
- Provide localization and feature feedback to product and engineering functions
