About the Role
You manage account configuration, client setup, and onboarding workflows from prospect to active merchant. You coordinate cross-functional projects, establish pricing and billing processes, maintain commercial documentation, create sales materials, research blockchain markets and competitors, analyze client and revenue metrics, and turn strategic ideas into actionable plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles, account setup, client onboarding workflows, and revenue tracking
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Functional knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and fintech solutions
Responsibilities
- Manage account configuration, client setup, and onboarding workflows
- Coordinate project management across Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal
- Establish pricing models and billing setups
- Manage client invoicing
- Maintain commercial documentation, revenue trackers, and client interaction logs
- Create pitch decks, sales presentations, and product sheets
- Research market movements, blockchain trends, and competitor offerings
- Analyze client usage, revenue trends, and contribution margins
- Translate strategic concepts into actionable project plans
