About the Role

You will own and scale commercial functions across the creator journey. You will manage and grow high-value creator accounts, lead complex conversations and negotiations, and build scalable processes for activation, retention, and revenue growth. You will hire, train, and mentor a small commercial team and work cross-functionally to improve acquisition and conversion.

Requirements

  • Hands-on sales or business development experience in digital products, creator economy, SaaS, agencies or influencer marketing
  • Experience managing relationships with creators, partners, agencies or high-value accounts
  • Proven ability to build trust, lead negotiations and close commercial opportunities
  • Experience managing or mentoring sales, account management, customer success or business development teams
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, scripts, objection handling and conversion improvement
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational discipline
  • Fluent Russian
  • Advanced English (C1 or higher)
  • Spanish is a strong plus
  • Experience with creator monetization, Telegram, paid communities, subscriptions or digital products is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Customer Success, Inbound Sales and Outbound Sales functions
  • Manage the existing creator portfolio and improve retention
  • Drive month-over-month revenue growth
  • Build scalable processes for account management, creator activation, inbound conversion and outbound outreach
  • Improve sales scripts, value proposition, objection handling and deal-closing mechanics
  • Personally lead complex conversations with top creators, strategic partners and agencies
  • Manage, train and support a small commercial team and set performance standards
  • Collaborate with Marketing on paid acquisition, influencer activation and partnership campaigns
  • Identify new business opportunities across creator economy, digital products and paid communities
