About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized advertisers and agencies. You will identify opportunities, advise on advertising products, execute and optimize campaigns, conduct business reviews, resolve operational issues, support renewals and billing, collaborate with sales partners, and mentor newer colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2–3+ years of experience in digital advertising, sales, marketing, media account management, or consulting
- Ability to build client relationships and manage multiple accounts
- Experience translating marketing objectives into optimized campaigns
- Written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of the digital advertising landscape and competitive platforms
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SMB advertisers and build plans to meet client goals
- Consult clients and agencies on advertising products, campaign setup, targeting, creative, and measurement
- Execute, optimize, and analyze campaigns
- Conduct outreach and regular business reviews
- Identify account stakeholders and shape digital marketing plans
- Resolve campaign and operational issues and share product feedback
- Support contract, renewal, billing, and collections processes
- Collaborate with the sales team
- Mentor newer teammates
