About the Role
Coordinate strategic initiatives, advise the CEO, drive operational excellence, direct administrative, financial, and operational activities, streamline agency operations, prepare board and leadership documents, manage a multidisciplinary team, and represent the CEO with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field, plus two (2) years of experience as an Executive Assistant or related occupation
- Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, Miro, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
- Experience with Salesforce, Asana, and Trello
- Experience with SAP Concur and Expensify for travel and expense management
- Experience with corporate event planning and logistics using Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with DocuSign, Dropbox, and SharePoint for document and contract workflows
- Experience with operational reporting and data support using Excel and Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, providing insights, proposing solutions, and assisting with decision-making
- Plan and direct all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the organization's CEO
- Oversee and streamline agency operations and procedures
- Prepare and compile documents for board meetings, leadership meetings, and other executive needs
- Manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
- Represent the CEO in meetings and in communications with internal and external stakeholders
