About the Role
You will directly support the COO, CEO, and CGO by prioritizing executive focus, preparing materials for key engagements, and representing priorities across functions. You will lead strategic workstreams, create project-management systems, coordinate stakeholders, synthesize information, and improve operating processes.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, management consulting, business operations, or similar strategic or operational role

Responsibilities
- Support the founders by prioritizing their time, attention, and energy
- Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and agendas for key meetings and board sessions
- Drive high-priority workstreams and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Build trackers, dashboards, and project plans to monitor progress and risks
- Translate strategic goals into project plans with milestones, owners, and timelines
- Coordinate across departments to remove roadblocks
- Draft internal and external communications and presentations
- Synthesize complex information into concise summaries and recommendations
- Facilitate alignment between executives and the leadership team
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decisions
- Manage leadership meetings, planning cycles, and goal-setting processes
- Complete strategic and operational special projects
