About the Role

You will lead, coach, and develop AI Transformation Leads serving strategic enterprise accounts. You will set standards for ROI and value realization, build executive relationships, resolve complex escalations, partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and improve transformation practices and account growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic account management, transformation consulting, or customer success leadership for Fortune 50-100 companies
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience
• Change management and strategic thinking
• Ability to define frameworks and translate capabilities into measurable outcomes and P&L impact
• Executive communication and presentation skills
• Cross-functional leadership and conflict resolution

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of AI Transformation Leads
• Set standards for ROI, value realization, and measurable P&L impact across strategic accounts
• Build executive relationships and serve as a senior escalation point
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence the roadmap and refine transformation practices
• Drive team performance, customer health, and expansion opportunities
